Description Duties
- Organizing & scanning permit files
- Scanning records to fulfill Freedom of Information requests
- Working to get paper permit files into the new electronic document management system
- Filing the existing paper files in the basement
- Assuring that paper files have proper labeling
- Answering phones
- Managing incoming mail
- Completing preliminary reviews with bulkhead General Permits
- Assisting with GIS and some field work
Qualifications
- Sophomore status or higher at the college level (preferred)
- Knowledge of/ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe DC, and ArcGIS
Additional Comments: This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2027, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Telecommuting may be available up to 50% of work schedule, will be discussed at interview.
