About the role

The Office Administrator will be accountable to the Head of Staff and the senior pastor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Handle correspondence, appointments, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Support the senior pastor and staff with various projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with church operations and policies is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of church financial systems and processes is beneficial.
