About the role
The Office Administrator will be accountable to the Head of Staff and the senior pastor.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
- Handle correspondence, appointments, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Support the senior pastor and staff with various projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with church operations and policies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of church financial systems and processes is beneficial.
