About the role
The Office Administrator (Bilingual Spanish Speaking) is responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and managing various office functions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare reports and documents as required.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communicate with external vendors and clients.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of administrative experience.
- Experience working in a bilingual environment preferred.
