Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the Los Angeles office
- Partner with firm leadership, attorneys, and department managers to support office needs and strategic initiatives
- Supervise administrative and support staff, including workflow coordination, performance management, and employee development
- Cook up office services, vendor relationships, facilities management, and space planning needs
- Aid in recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources
- Support budgeting, expense management, invoice approvals, and office-related reporting
- Cook up office events, meetings, and firm-sponsored programs
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Act as a liaison between the Los Angeles office and firmwide administrative departments
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes, efficiency, and overall employee experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of office administration, operations, or management experience within a law firm or professional services environment required
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
Compensation
Compensation for this role starts at $90,000+ annually and can increase from there. Actual compensation will be determined based on office location, years of experience, relevant skill set, and educational background.
