Office Administrator

About the role

At WorldTrips, a proud member of the Tokio Marine HCC group of companies, we are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, providing administrative support that helps keep our team organized, efficient, and successful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for office-related needs
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Assist with a variety of human resources and talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and other HR administrative functions
• Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives by coordinating job postings, candidate communications, and community outreach efforts
• Research, verify, and maintain accurate information across multiple systems and databases
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, files, reports, and other business documentation
