Responsibilities
- Manage candidate relationships
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Prepare and deliver effective in-person interviews
- Research and analyze potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview questions
- Follow up with candidates after interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in ATS systems
Qualifications
- Experience working with legal or compliance teams preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
