Responsibilities

  • Maintain database by entering new and/or updating customer and account information.
  • Enter accurate/complete data into company system and review discrepancies in data received.
  • Manage customer files.
  • Absorb and coordinate with co-workers, effectively assist team members with other projects as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 8 Hour shifts Monday to Friday
  • One (1) year prior, relevant work experience
  • Billing experience in data entry
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work according to urgency
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of staying on task and completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Desire and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Fire Protection Industry, Experience with ProfitZoom or Building Reports
