Responsibilities
- Maintain database by entering new and/or updating customer and account information.
- Enter accurate/complete data into company system and review discrepancies in data received.
- Manage customer files.
- Absorb and coordinate with co-workers, effectively assist team members with other projects as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8 Hour shifts Monday to Friday
- One (1) year prior, relevant work experience
- Billing experience in data entry
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work according to urgency
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of staying on task and completing tasks with minimal supervision
- Desire and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Preferred: Knowledge of Fire Protection Industry, Experience with ProfitZoom or Building Reports
