Responsibilities
- Scan various documents with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Run scan reports & export to excel & follow up on issues.
- Work with scan vendor when needed for projects/system issues.
- File assorted items related to the accounting office.
- Maintain two file rooms with a strong attention to organization and accuracy.
- General daily duties would include but not limited to retrieving morning mail, maintaining clean well-stocked employee breakrooms and customer lounge.
- Absorb and assist with morning deposits, process overnight mail, deal tear downs, etc.
- Absorb and assist Business Manager / Office Manager as needed.
- Absorb and assist various positions and team members in the business office as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Clerical office experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Excellent Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.
- Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Self-starter and self-motivator.
- Basic computer knowledge including excel.
- Willing to multi-task.
