About the role
The role of Office Administrator is responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement needs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organize and maintain records and files
- Support team meetings and events
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
