Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customersMake outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfactionCompose and reply to customer and prospect emailsAssist sales team with selling services over the phoneMaintain accurate customer data recordsTake payments and handle collectionsServe as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platformsMaintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRMWork closely with team to identify and resolve issues through effective problem solving techniques MUST HAVES: (Requirements) High school Diploma; Higher education preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in telephone customer interactionsProficient computer skillsCommitment to continuous learning and developmentExceptional attention to detailFriendly and enjoy meeting new peoplePositive attitudeAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced environment NICE TO HAVES: (but not required) Knowledge in agronomy or plant healthExperience using CRM platformsExperience in digital marketing What We Are Looking For DRIVEN - We want someone who takes initiative, but isn't afraid to ask for clarificationCOMMITTED - Willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happyPROBLEM SOLVER - Our customers need resolutions to problems, so a little common sense goes a long wayPOSITIVE ATTITUDE - No room for negativity hereGREAT COMMUNICATOR - You'll be on the phone with customers who value our personal, small-business feelULTIMATE ORGANIZER - You will keep the team up to date on everythingEDUCATOR - You'll learn more than you ever wanted to know about getting a keeping a lawn healthy and beautiful and you will share that knowledge every day.ADAPTABLE TEAM PLAYER - Support the team and ready to step in where needed Flexible work from home options available.
