Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office operations and help ensure the office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, equipment needs, and related ordering in coordination with internal teams.
  • Coordinate vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment, catering, cleaning, postage, security, and other office needs.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, completing research, and supporting team communications.
  • Assist with office events, meeting logistics, office moves, and workspace planning.
  • Help maintain an office environment that reflects FCL Builders’ brand, culture, and workplace standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, office systems, and daily workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent administrative experience will also be considered.
  • Three or more years of progressively responsible administrative, office coordination, or office management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal teams, leaders, vendors, and external partners.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to maintain a professional, welcoming office environment.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and general office technology, including copiers, calendars, shared files, and reporting tools.
