Office Administrator
About the role
You will work as part of a team of surveyors and under the general guidance and support of the Managing Fire Risk Assessor. The position involves both fieldwork at various locations within the Southeast and office-based work in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire. Your surveys must be completed in a timely manner to a compliant and high-quality standard. You will demonstrate initiative and be able to plan and prioritise your work schedule on a daily and weekly basis.
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and scope for additional hours if acceptable.

- Produce high-quality, compliant surveys
- Report to the Managing Fire Risk Assessor

Requirements
- Proven experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and develop the right person with the right attitude
- Experience working within a team as well as individually
- Proven organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, delivering information effectively using appropriate methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a clear understanding of how individual actions impact the business
- Commitment to delivering excellent quality standards and taking responsibility for your actions
- Planning and implementation skills, demonstrating initiative and self-starting ability
