Key Responsibilities
- Auxiliary in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phones, greet customers, and direct inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support dealership leadership with reporting and documentation
- Process deals and assist with deal breakdowns
- Submit contracts and paperwork to banks and lenders
- Aid with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks
- Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close
- Assist HR/payroll as needed (timecards, onboarding paperwork, etc.)
- Process daily deposits and maintain cash logs
- Cook up with sales and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
What You’ll Need
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (office, accounting, or title work)
- A strong understanding of dealership processes (deals, funding, titling) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
