Key Responsibilities

  • Auxiliary in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer phones, greet customers, and direct inquiries professionally
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support dealership leadership with reporting and documentation
  • Process deals and assist with deal breakdowns
  • Submit contracts and paperwork to banks and lenders
  • Aid with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks
  • Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close
  • Assist HR/payroll as needed (timecards, onboarding paperwork, etc.)
  • Process daily deposits and maintain cash logs
  • Cook up with sales and service teams to ensure smooth workflow

What You’ll Need

  • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (office, accounting, or title work)
  • A strong understanding of dealership processes (deals, funding, titling) is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
