POSITION TITLE: Office Administrator
About the role
The Office Administrator supports the President and manages office operations, providing administrative support to the sales and ticketing teams, assisting with event logistics, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the President, prioritizing requests and managing daily activities.
- Support the sales team by preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and developing sales presentations.
- Administer the ticketing team, handling requests and participating in department initiatives.
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site administrative support during key events.
- Facilitate communication and follow-through across departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, team gatherings, and office events.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Support the President with additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a sports, entertainment, or events environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs before being asked.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
