Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions across multiple departments.
- Cook up meetings, calendars, scheduling, and conference logistics.
- Aid in attorney professional development initiatives, including training coordination, orientation programs, attorney registrations, and continuing legal education logistics.
- Provide administrative assistance related to recruiting, HR initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives, client-facing events, presentations, and internal communications.
- Assist with finance-related administrative tasks, reporting, and invoice coordination.
- Maintain legal and administrative records with accuracy, discretion, and strict confidentiality.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and firm communications.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives assigned by firm leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline strongly preferred.
- 13 years of professional experience supporting office operations, or legal administration.
- Prior experience within a law firm, legal department, or litigation environment strongly preferred.
Skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional business correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced use of Outlook calendaring and scheduling functions.
- Ability to interact effectively with attorneys, firm leadership, court personnel, clients, and administrative professionals.
- Familiarity with attorney professional development or law firm operations is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
