Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cook up office operations, facilities requests, and building maintenance activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and building management.
  • Manage office supply inventory, purchasing, and equipment maintenance.
  • Cook up shipping, receiving, mail distribution, courier services, and package logistics.
  • Aid with office moves, workspace planning, furniture coordination, and file storage management.
  • Aid with workplace safety, security, and environmental initiatives.
  • Aid with budgeting, vendor contracts, and cost management.
  • Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, workplace operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees, vendors, and leadership.
  • Comfortable performing occasional physical tasks, including moving supplies, equipment, and furniture.

Location and Schedule

This is an on-site, 5-day in-office position - Dearborn, MI. This role does not have any sponsorship available.

Pay

Salary starting at $47,000 annually.
