Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.
- Aid with team requests, including but not limited to equipment, conference rooms, and other office-related requests.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases to ensure information is up-to-date.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Cook up office events, meetings, team summits, etc.
- Aid with new hire and contractor onboarding.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

- Able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds (e.g., office supplies, equipment, documents).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role is a plus.

Pay Rate Range: $20/hr
Schedule
6+ months contract with possibility of extension
