Description of the Role
Friendly Acura of Middletown is seeking a DMV TITLE CLERK/ Accounting Office personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently. Current knowledge of NYS DMV systems (Verifi) and regulations, as well as Automate DMS experience, is a big plus but not required. Salary is based on level of experience, with training available for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process all vehicle title paperwork in compliance with state regulations
- Verify and maintain accurate records of vehicle titles
- Communicate with customers regarding title transactions
- Inventory control of vehicle accounting
