Overview Of The Position
Aid in maintaining the office's efficiency through effective organization and attention to detail. Support the customer service manager by handling immediate business needs. Offer general office administrative assistance and manage projects and events.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, or other documents.
- Responsible for filing documents and assist with special projects.
- Assist customer service as needed: quotes, etc.
Other Duties That May Be Assigned
Additional tasks as directed.
Other Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Good typing ability, both speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and positive interactions with co-workers, other departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and prioritization skills.
- Highly efficient; strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
