Evaluate OCO Processes, Policies, and Tools
Evaluate OCO processes, policies, and tools in the context of operational plans and strategic lines of effort.
Participate in Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), collaborate with planners at Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQs), and interface with tactical-level planners to align with mission goals.
Capability Gap Analysis and Solution Development
Conduct capability gap analyses and propose solutions aligned with USCYBERCOM's Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA).
Develop and prototype tools, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), or process capabilities to close identified gaps.
Solution Integration and Best Practices
Work with government and contract engineers to prepare solutions for implementation in operational systems or test ranges.
Support tool integration and the development of best practices to enable new capabilities within the JCWA framework.
Training and Mentorship
Train and mentor operational teams to support adoption and effective use of new tools and techniques.
Required Skills
- 8-14 years of experience supporting offensive cyber operations (OCO) or computer network operations (CNO) as an interactive operator. (Windows, UNIX, network or embedded systems)
- Proven ability to conduct capability gap analysis and translate mission needs into functional requirements.
- Background in developing training materials and guiding operational teams through tool adoption and integration.
- Understanding of test range environments and the operationalization of cyber capabilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiarity with developing and prototyping cyber tools or processes.
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM's Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) and Joint Cyber Weapons (JCW) Common Services.
- Experience transitioning proof-of-concept tools into operational capabilities.
- Experience working in joint and interagency environments.
- Experience with off-net operations and/or expeditionary cyber units.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $185,000 + (depending on experience and education)
- Time Off: 24 Days PTO and 13 Federal holidays
- 401K: up to 10%
- Up to $5,000 continuing education reimbursement
- Up to $15,000 in performance bonus, on an annual basis
