Off Shift - Machine Operators

About the role

We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Machine Operators for second and third shifts at our Russia, Ohio location. This critical role in our aluminum manufacturing operations requires technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the entire machining process, including safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical documents to measure and cut materials
• Handle and transfer cut rails
• Load and drill rails with accurate hole locations
• Perform repetitive lifting
• Cut long rails into shorter lengths and transfer stiles to the next operation
• Load and unload pre-cut stiles
• Enter programs into CNC machines
• Perform cutting, milling, and drilling operations

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Experience measuring and cutting materials accurately
• Ability to handle and transfer heavy rails
• Experience loading and drilling rails
• Proficiency in performing repetitive lifting
• Experience cutting long rails into shorter lengths
• Ability to load and unload pre-cut stiles
• Experience entering programs into CNC machines
• Experience performing cutting, milling, and drilling operations
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 1-3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
