Key Responsibilities
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Resolve Technical Issues: Identifies and addresses standard technical problems using established procedures to minimize customer dissatisfaction and disruption.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, providing expert consultation and developing solutions that address specific operational challenges.
- Support sales teams with technical presentations, proposal development, and competitive analysis to maximize revenue and customer wallet.
- Document Procedures and Solutions: Keeps accurate records of application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
- Provide User Support: Assists customers by responding to queries and offering technical guidance for existing products and applications.

Pay
Estimated annual base pay: $65,000(minimum) - $84,000 (midpoint) - $104,000(maximum)
All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
