Oculo-Plastics Assistant Professor - CRT

About the role

The Emory University Department of Ophthalmology/Emory Eye Center seeks a full-time faculty member to join their section of Oculoplastics, Orbital and Cosmetic Surgery at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leading physicians across the full range of ophthalmology subspecialties and other fields.
• Provide multidisciplinary care and complex pathology services at The Emory Clinic, Emory University Hospital, and Grady Hospital.
• Teach residents, medical students, and fellows.
• Engage in research and publish findings.

Requirements

• Completed post-residency fellowship in Oculoplastics and Orbital Surgery.
• Eligibility for membership in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).
• A robust commitment to top-quality patient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent surgical skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology.
