- Requirements: maybe physical attributes and vaccination, ability to lift, ability to work on call, ability to fly, etc. Also maybe minimum qualifications? But we have Qualifications separate. So Requirements could be physical/availability requirements.
- Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (BSN/BS + 2+ years experience in ICU etc). Possibly also Preferred Qualifications? But we have Skills separate. Could put Preferred Qualifications under Skills? Or we could have Qualifications for minimum, Skills for preferred. Let's follow: Qualifications = Minimum Qualifications. Skills = Preferred Qualifications (skills). Benefits = list of benefits. Pay = salary range. Schedule = on-call schedule and travel.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
We need to avoid placeholder text like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.

The expected base salary range for this role is $106,5000 - 132,900 annually, which represents the company’s current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual salary will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources). But note we already have Benefits section; the pay paragraph mentions benefits package; we can keep it. Schedule: on-call 24/7 15 days per month, ability to fly domestically (already in Requirements). But schedule section could include on-call schedule. We'll put: Ability to work on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, for 15 days per month (including holidays/weekends). Ability to fly domestically to clinical sites within and outside of home regions to perform OCS support as assigned. We already have ability to fly in Requirements; but we can keep it in Schedule as well? Might duplicate. Better to keep schedule only for on-call schedule. The ability to fly is more about travel requirement; could be under Requirements. We'll keep schedule: Ability to work on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, for 15 days per month (including holidays/weekends). We'll put as- .
