Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Litho Module Engineer

About the role

The OTF Module Engineer role at Intel involves developing robust manufacturable process modules for lithography metrology technology. The engineer will manage 300mm toolsets, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. This position requires a passion for instrumentation and a focus on continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, as well as module-level process development to support high-volume manufacturing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field with 2+ years of semiconductor or metrology experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM-related field.
• Experience in a semiconductor foundry is a plus.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clean room experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the Litho functional area.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of one or more of the factory's 300mm toolsets.
• Review relevant control charts and tool output daily to ensure excursion-free operations.
• Deliver MOR availability and achieve 100 percent matching for all relevant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in toolset health and matching performance.
• Define roadmaps to meet requirements and milestones for new technology processes.
• Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
• Plan and conduct experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle.
• Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
• Train production/receiving process engineers for transfer to other factories.
• Support new factory start-up and installation of new production lines.

Pay

$89,010 - $170,630 per year
