Overview

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our OCIO team, working closely with nonprofit institutions, endowments, and foundations to steward long-term investment programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, building durable relationships grounded in transparency, responsiveness, and sound judgment
- Engage directly with investment committees and boards, presenting recommendations and facilitating thoughtful discussion around strategy, risk, and trade-offs
- Support clients in aligning investment programs with mission, spending needs, and long-term objectives
- Contribute to the development and refinement of investment policy frameworks and governance practices
- Lead the design and ongoing oversight of multi-asset portfolios, incorporating both public and private investments
- Develop and implement asset allocation strategies that reflect client objectives, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs
- Participate in manager research, selection, and monitoring, drawing on both internal insights and external partnerships
- Continuously evaluate portfolio positioning in light of evolving market conditions and long-term capital market perspectives
- Contribute to portfolio construction, implementation, rebalancing, liquidity management, performance analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality of execution across client portfolios
- Participate actively in a team-based investment process, contributing perspective while remaining open to challenge and refinement
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a culture of learning, curiosity, and shared accountability
- Support broader firm initiatives, including thought leadership and client development efforts, as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10+ years’ experience in institutional investing, OCIO, or investment consulting
Prior Experience
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with sophisticated investment committees and fiduciaries
- Strong grounding in asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager evaluation, including alternatives
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement asset allocation strategies
- Advanced degree and/or CFA/CAIA preferred
