Job Description HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Ocean Freight Exports Specialist is responsible for managing sea and air freight export operations from Americas manufacturing plants to global destinations. Operational Responsibilities: Coordinate ocean export shipment allocationsPrepare export and customs documentationMaintain accurate reportingManage end-to-end shipment tracking and tracing Strategic Responsibilities: Oversee third-party logistics providersMonitor and drive supplier performanceSupport contract administrationManage transportation-related financials SG 9/10 Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Management, or related field0-2 years of professional experience in ocean freight, exports, and/or logistics operations0-2 years of experience supporting/managing projects and/or process improvement initiativesLess than 1 year of leadership experienceExposure to Power BI and SAPIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to travel up to 20%Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
