About the role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations in daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery by understanding individual needs and celebrating milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks, including team scheduling, orientation, and inter-department communication.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to support recovery goals.
• Champion small victories and ensure treatment procedures are effectively applied.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy experience, including two years in leadership or clinical roles.
• Active participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder or relevant specialty certifications preferred.
