About the Role

Provide occupational therapy services on a travel basis, delivering assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions to improve client outcomes in varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Conduct evaluations and design or modify therapy programs as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Adapt to varied shifts and work environments to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Relevant licensure and certification in occupational therapy.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in diverse settings.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy laws.
