Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Document treatments and communicate patient updates to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Qualifications

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
