About the role
Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant - OTA in Lititz, PA to help patients strengthen everyday skills and confidence through practical, goal-driven therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement established treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Record patient progress clearly and share timely updates with the care team
- Reinforce functional outcomes such as ADLs, mobility, and adaptive techniques
- Review the day's schedule and patient notes
- Conduct focused treatment sessions with time built in for clear documentation
- Touch base with colleagues between visits to stay aligned on patient progress
- Adjust priorities as schedules shift
- Organize follow-ups so the next day begins smoothly
Qualifications and Skills
- Current OTA/COTA credential and applicable state licensure
- COTA outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate communication
