About the Role

Join AVOLA Therapy as an OTA with a pediatric-first caseload plus a steady mix of adult home and community visits. New graduates welcome. Mentorship program, flexible scheduling, and one-on-one care across the Phoenix West Valley.

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one pediatric occupational therapy in kids' homes and in school-based settings across the Phoenix West Valley
  • Help children build skills in sensory processing, fine motor, handwriting, self-care, play, and school readiness
  • Coach families and teachers so therapy carries into everyday routines
  • Work with adult clients in home and community settings on mobility, ADLs, post-injury recovery, and aging-in-place goals — keeping your clinical range broad
  • Collaborate closely with supervising OTs who are accessible and supportive
  • Use modern documentation and scheduling tools that simplify your workflow

What Makes AVOLA Different

  • A Kid-First Caseload: Most OTA jobs in the Valley throw you into a mixed bag of populations with no clear focus. Here, pediatrics anchors your week so you can go deeper with the kids and families you love working with — while a regular rotation of adult home and community cases keeps your clinical skills broad.
  • Real Mentorship: Not just a name on paper. Your mentor is a phone call away, reviews your documentation, and meets with you regularly to support your clinical development.
  • Your Schedule, Your Way: Choose your caseload and availability. Build a schedule that works for your life — not the other way around.
  • One Patient at a Time: No double-booking. No productivity quotas. Just meaningful, focused care that lets you do your best work.
  • A Team That Has Your Back: AVOLA is family-owned. You'll know everyone by name, and your voice will always be heard.
  • Five-Star Reputation: Our families consistently rate us five stars. You'll be proud of the team you represent.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed or license-eligible OTA in the state of Arizona
  • A genuine love for working with children — pediatric experience is a plus, but a passion for kids matters most
  • Comfort supporting a regular rotation of adult clients in home and community settings
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Patience, creativity, and the ability to make therapy feel like play
  • Reliable transportation (in-home and school-based therapy requires travel between visits)
