Occupational Therapy Assistant - Full Time

Role: Assist in providing occupational therapy services under supervision, supporting individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial patient assessments, document progress and treatment needs, administer modalities and exercises, and maintain accurate records. Participate in departmental education and perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisors. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program, current licensure or eligibility, BLS certification, with preferred experience but open to new graduates. Knowledge of age-specific needs across neonatal to geriatric populations is essential. Key Duties: Support patient care by assisting with assessments, treatments, documentation, and promoting education within the department. Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a collaborative approach aligned with organizational standards and values.
