We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Setting, Available Locations, Compensation, Scheduling, then narrative. We need to extract sections. We have "About the Role" heading present. Then "Clinical Responsibilities" and "Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities". Also "Qualifications". Also "About Total Care Therapy" (maybe not needed). There's "Why Join Total Care Therapy?" with bullet list of benefits: Competitive compensation, Flexible scheduling, Therapist-owned and therapist-focused culture, Supportive leadership and mentorship, Opportunities for career advancement..., Collaborative interdisciplinary team, Meaningful work... That's benefits. Compensation: "Compensation: Salary (based on years of experience)". That's specific enough for Pay section? It says Salary (based on years of experience). That's not a specific number but it's still content. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Salary (based on years of experience)" is somewhat vague but it's actual statement. It's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? It is similar but maybe acceptable. The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". That is essentially same meaning. So maybe we should not create Pay section because it's vague. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might still include Pay if we have something. But "Salary (based on years of experience)" is not a specific number; it's still somewhat vague. I'd lean to omit Pay section because it's not concrete. Schedule: "Scheduling: Monday-Friday ⎸Full-Time (Weekends available but not required)". That's specific enough for Schedule section. Benefits: we have list from "Why Join Total Care Therapy?" which includes Competitive compensation, Flexible scheduling, Therapist-owned and therapist-focused culture, Supportive leadership and mentorship, Opportunities for career advancement..., Collaborative interdisciplinary team, Meaningful work... That's substantive. Qualifications: we have list: Current State OTA License, Current CPR/BLS Certification, Valid driver's license..., Previous experience in geriatrics..., Previous leadership..., Strong communication..., etc. Skills: maybe not explicitly separate; but we could infer from qualifications. However we should not invent. There's no explicit Skills section. So omit. Responsibilities: we have Clinical Responsibilities and Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities. Combine into Responsibilities section. About the Role: we have paragraph after "About the Role". That's substantive. We also have Setting, Available Locations maybe as metadata; we could fold into a short p. We must not repeat job title as heading. Job title is Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA). Not to repeat. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must remove boilerplate etc. Thus output HTML fragment:

Setting: Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities. Available Locations: Hilliard. Scheduling: Monday‑Friday Full‑Time (Weekends available but not required). Compensation: Salary (based on years of experience).

However it's separate. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. About Total Care Therapy is specific content but not one of the prescribed headings. We could either omit or fold into About the Role? The prescribed headings list does not include "About the Company". So we should not create a heading for it. We could incorporate its content into a paragraph under About the Role or maybe as a separate

without heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. Any other info should be in

without heading. So we can place the "About Total Care Therapy" paragraph(s) as a

after About the Role or before. But we must not lose that info. Let's include it as a

after About the Role maybe. Also we have "Lead. Inspire. Make a Difference." etc at start; we can include that in a

as part of intro. We also have Setting, Available Locations, Compensation, Scheduling lines at top; we can combine into a

. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:

Setting: Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities. Available Locations: Hilliard. Compensation: Salary (based on years of experience). Scheduling: Monday‑Friday Full‑Time (Weekends available but not required).

Then About the Role heading and paragraph. Then Responsibilities heading and ul. Then Qualifications heading and ul. Then Benefits heading and ul. Then Schedule heading and p. We might also include a short paragraph about company after About the Role? Actually we have About the Role paragraph already; we could add another

for About Total Care Therapy after that, but without heading. That's okay. Let's extract About the Role paragraph: "We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our growing team.
