About the role
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized rehabilitation services.
- Implementing progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
- Supporting in-house therapy sessions with local management support.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
- Valid state licensure in the relevant Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Previous SNF rehab experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
- Responsive and capable of individualizing treatment plans.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
