Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA - PRN
About the role
We are an in-house therapy team at NHC Springfield that prioritizes quality care. This is a great opportunity to work on an experienced rehab team committed to providing superior rehab care.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT
- Tennessee COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) license
- Reliable transportation
- A positive attitude
- Team player
- Prior SNF experience a plus
