About the role
We are looking for a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) with a flexible schedule to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care.
Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for direct patient care, planning, and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system. You must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients
- Adapt to the needs of the PAM Health system across multiple facilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
- Licensed as an OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
Qualifications
- One year of clinical experience preferred
