About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care
• Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients
• Working under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Delivering care according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy
• Meeting the needs of the PAM Health system in various facilities
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification required
• One year of clinical experience preferred

Qualifications

• Flexible to accommodate the needs of the system in multiple facilities

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
