About the role

Support children in home-based settings by implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under licensed OT supervision. Focus on building functional skills, aiding daily routines, and partnering with families to promote skill transfer in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes.
• Support treatment plans designed by licensed occupational therapists.
• Assist children in developing functional skills and supporting daily routines.
• Collaborate with families to ensure carryover of therapeutic gains.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and potentially global outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active OT Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
