About the Role

Join a compassionate, team-oriented environment as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a fast-paced acute therapy setting. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you'll assist residents with therapy activities aimed at enhancing their daily living and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide, monitor, and document therapy services for patients with various impairments
• Select and adapt interventions based on competency and patient goals
• Communicate with occupational therapists and track patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Appropriate education aligned with state licensure
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six months of hire
• Certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred for certain facilities
• Valid driver’s license may be required
