About the role

Join our compassionate therapy care team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to enhance residents' quality of life through therapy activities and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide, monitor, and document services for patients/residents with various impairments
• Select, implement, and adjust therapy activities aligned with patient goals
• Communicate and document progress with occupational therapists
• Understand targeted occupational therapy outcomes

Requirements

• Relevant education and state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Certification through the NBCOT (preferred for some facilities)
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six months
