About the Role

Join our senior community care team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, where you will support seniors' independence through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and lead therapeutic activities to support seniors' independence.
• Assist participants with daily tasks both at home and in the center.
• Collaborate with an Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
• Document progress, educate participants and caregivers, and adapt interventions as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of compassion, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt interventions based on changing participant needs.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful care to older adults.
