Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant supporting seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life.Implement treatment plans in collaboration with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary team members.Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient progress.Educate patients and families on therapy goals and safety practices. Qualifications & Skills Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.Compassionate and patient-centered approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and follow treatment protocols.
