Responsibilities
- Provide skilled rehabilitation methodologies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement customized 'Rehabilitation' Plans.
- Manage compliance and quality assurance processes to ensure patient safety and service excellence.
- Participate in state survey preparation and ADR and appeal management activities.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a therapist in relevant field.
- Experience in rehabilitation settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy).
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
Skills
- Skilled in rehabilitation techniques.
- Proficient in using clinical software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
