Occupational Therapy Assistant
About the role
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and live their best lives. The ideal candidate will support the Occupational Therapist in planning and delivering therapy services, document progress, and communicate with the care team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and administering occupational therapy treatments
- Support residents in achieving therapy goals
- Document progress and communicate with the care team
- Help train staff to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
Requirements include an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and 1 year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting. New graduates are also considered.
Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
A passion for helping others and working as part of a team is essential.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing high-quality care are key.

Daily Pay: Get up to 50% of your earnings the next day
