Occupational Therapy Assistant supporting the Occupational Therapist in planning and delivering therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility, ensuring top-quality care and meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and administering occupational therapy treatments
• Support residents in achieving therapy goals
• Document progress and communicate with the care team
• Help train staff to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• 1 year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting (new graduates considered)
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices
• A passion for helping others and working as part of a team

Pay

Daily Pay: Get up to 50% of your earnings the next day.
