Responsibilities
- Implementing customized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs
- Managing ADR and appeal processes effectively
- Participating in state survey preparation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical excellence
- Tracking and analyzing outcomes to improve care quality
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and conducting QA activities
- Assessing and managing comprehensive risk in therapy settings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
- Current licensure to practice in relevant state(s)
- Experience in therapeutic settings, preferably in SNFs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide compassionate care
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
