Responsibilities
- Providing direct therapy to residents to improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional skills under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Implementing treatment plans.
- Documenting resident progress.
- Aiding with admissions and discharge planning.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and family members.
Requirements
- COTA Qualifications: Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
