Responsibilities

• Providing direct therapy to residents to improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional skills under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implementing treatment plans.
• Documenting resident progress.
• Aiding with admissions and discharge planning.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and family members.

Requirements

• COTA Qualifications: Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
