Occupational Therapy Assistant

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (K–12 School Setting) Provide direct and group occupational therapy services in support of students with disabilities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Implement IEP goals using evidence-based, school-focused interventions. Key Responsibilities Deliver OT services to students individually and in groups.Support implementation of IEP goals and therapeutic strategies.Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.Adapt classroom tasks, activities, and environments to promote student success.Monitor and document student progress toward goals.Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and records. Qualifications & Skills Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant credential.Strong understanding of school-based OT and IEP implementation.Ability to use evidence-based interventions and adapt learning environments.Effective communication and teamwork with multi-disciplinary partners.Detail-oriented documentation and professionalism.
