License Or Certification
- Must be in possession of current state license or certification in states where licensing is not required, as an occupational therapy assistant.
- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
